* Please do not put a varsity participant who can not finish course under thirty minutes. Due to the heat we need to move races along quickly.

ENTRY CORRECTONS
* Entry correction forms must turn at coaches meeting! (You must distinguish varsity form non-varsity please fix).
* No sticker must write name on place card

SCORING
* Only Varsity will be scored
* Must have a scorer
* Athlete will be handed a place card at the finish. Then Athlete will hand card to their team scorer at the scorer table. Team scorer holds cards until MdN volunteer comes and collects them. Cards should not leave scoring table (Please turn in all cards on time). Example Girls JV cards should all be turned in before Boys JV race.

AWARDS
* Varsity will be given at Awards.
* Junior Varsity medals all handed in at finish.

COURSE MAP

* Course will be starting on the Guadalupe side of the park next to the soccer fields by the rec. center. *A map and parking directions will be sent out weeks prior to meet.

Steps to take to enter Padre Invite……

- Send Check right away. Make check out to John Busch (Address is on website)
- Email participants to Coach Rodriguez
o Varsity Girls
o Varsity Boys
o JV Girls
o JV Boys
